Roshunda Rosha Puckett

Roshunda Rosha Puckett was born December 16, 1968 in Pittsburg, Texas to Bettie Puckett and Raymond Burrell. Roshunda attended Pittsburg Independent School District and is a graduate of the 1987 Class from Pittsburg High School.

Roshunda was introduced to Jesus at an early age by her maternal grandmother, Willie Puckett, as she attended Franklin Street Church of Christ.

Roshunda was a joyful and direct person who wasn’t afraid to speak her mind. She was still young at heart in life but her mind and body was ready for a transition. She fought a good fight until the Lord called her home Friday July 12, 2024 from UT Health East Texas in Tyler, Texas.

Roshunda leaves to cherish her memories; her son, Dareon Simmons; her daughter, Kyunna Simmons; her grandson, Kacyceon 
Simmons all of Pittsburg, Her mother, Bettie Puckett of Pittsburg. Two brothers; Howard (Yetter) Puckett of Dallas and Rickey (Misty) Puckett of Pittsburg. Roshunda leaves a host of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends to cherish her memories.
