In loving memory, of our mother and sister, Ukena “Kizzy” Denay Farmer, who was born to the late Sharon “Penny” Farmer and the late Bruce Morton in Pittsburg, Texas. She accepted Christ at an early age and united with Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. She later became a devoted member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Greenville, TX. Ukena loved her classmates and took great pride in being a Pittsburg High School graduate of the Class of 1995. Ukena was a loyal employee of Associa in Dallas, TX, for many years. To know her was to love her. All will dearly miss Ukena.
She is preceded in death by her father, Bruce Morton. She entered eternal rest on January 20, 2023, in Springfield, MO, with her mother, Sharon “Penny” Farmer, and uncle Steve Figgins.
Ukena is survived by her two beautiful daughters, Brittany Parnell, and Raven Butler, both of Dallas, TX. Two precious granddaughters, Karleigh Parnell, and Khloe Carter. Three sisters, Chekita Royal (Timothy) and LaTara Hornsby (Kevin), both of Pittsburg, TX; Tenille Maclin of Grand Prairie, TX. Two brothers, Kevin Farmer (Tracey) of Little Elm, TX, and Michael Morton of Inglewood, CA. Step grandmother, Ruth Farmer of Pittsburg, TX. Two Goddaughters, Lexus Morris of Dallas, TX and Wisdom Ross-Chester of Ft. Knox, KY; God grandson, Raheem Martin of Dallas, TX; Best friend, LaKenya Harris and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
