Victor Butler was born on June 25 ,1977 in Dallas TX to Marvin and Marsha Butler. He attended Pittsburg High School. He later received his G.E.D. He was preceded in death by his Father Marvin Butler (Lilson).

Victor’s love will forever be cherished By: His mother Marsha Butler & his Sister Alisa (Cedric) Morgan. Victor had (8) Beautiful Children:Lexus Morris Butler, Raven Butler, Jalaesha Miller, Javon Chavez, Jaylon Butler, Kaiden Butler, Victorian Butler, Lyric Butler (Bonus Daughter),Brittany Parnell (2) Grandchildren Raheem Martin,  Derrick Smith lll (3 Bonus grandchildren) Kareleigh Parnell , Khloe Carter , Kason Carter and (1)Niece Destiny Butler Garrett, (3)Nephews Dominque Butler, Deon Butler, Neiman Butler (Special Cousins ) Rickey Duffey (Bear) & Kim Duffey. He had a host of Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and friends.
